An emerging audio technology that could be used during classrooms for educators is a cassette player system, as well as headphones for students. The reason this could be helpful for inside the classroom is because it can help read off to students, and help them have more focus on what they are trying to focus on. Instead of being distracted by others around them with other unnecessary noise, they will be focused on one thing, the material they are learning or observing. These technologies are easy to use, as well as cheap because there are so much other tuned up technology devices out there that are also helpful, but why not use the cheaper choice, when it works just as well as others? As well as these headphones, you can use them for internet audio, so you do not have to purchase other DVD's, CD's or even movies when the internet provides you with so much.
The traditional technology I would consider using for my classroom is the overhead projector. I would consider using the overhead because it is easy to use, and is now considered pretty cheap. I feel myself writing on transparencies is very convenient and I enjoy writing on them. To get my students involved, I will have games that relate to the lesson so that my students do not end up bored during classes. If my students are bored than I believe they will not do well on certain tests, and that if they are focused and into the lesson, they will be able to transfer that knowledge, and do well in the classroom, quizzes, and tests.
